Policy status
This page gives customers and operators a clear policy surface now, while keeping final legal approval explicit before launch reliance.
Customers are responsible for keeping account access accurate, using workspace invitations carefully, and making sure only authorized team members can manage services or billing information.
Stackelio provides managed app services according to the selected product, plan, and support level. Service features, backup coverage, support response, and restore assistance can vary by app and plan.
Stackelio-billed services may use wallet funding, invoices, renewals, and payment records shown in the workspace. Externally billed services remain subject to the external billing relationship shown for that service.
Customers must use services lawfully, keep their content and account information accurate, maintain appropriate data practices, and avoid activity that harms the platform or other users.
Stackelio may update services, policies, product packaging, and platform features over time. Availability targets and support handling are described separately in the service level policy.
