These terms describe the baseline responsibilities for using Stackelio accounts, workspaces, managed apps, billing surfaces, support, and platform features.

Written for public launch readiness and customer clarity.
This policy foundation should be reviewed by legal counsel before public launch or contractual reliance.

Accounts and workspaces

Customers are responsible for keeping account access accurate, using workspace invitations carefully, and making sure only authorized team members can manage services or billing information.

Managed services

Stackelio provides managed app services according to the selected product, plan, and support level. Service features, backup coverage, support response, and restore assistance can vary by app and plan.

Billing and renewals

Stackelio-billed services may use wallet funding, invoices, renewals, and payment records shown in the workspace. Externally billed services remain subject to the external billing relationship shown for that service.

Customer responsibilities

Customers must use services lawfully, keep their content and account information accurate, maintain appropriate data practices, and avoid activity that harms the platform or other users.

  • Do not use services for abuse, spam, malware, illegal activity, or security attacks.
  • Keep application credentials and workspace access under customer control.
  • Contact support promptly if a service, billing record, or account access looks incorrect.

Changes and availability

Stackelio may update services, policies, product packaging, and platform features over time. Availability targets and support handling are described separately in the service level policy.
